  My baggage was lost by the KLM agent in Kigali on 13 June, 2014 in the evening. I was traveling with 4 other Canadians and Americans. The agent took our passports and baggage and we did not observe him placing baggage tags on them. He will remember us because we became angry when he took so long to return our passports. It is a black, large duffel bag with three different tags that have my name on them. I have filed complaints with KLM and I travel to Rwanda to work for the RDF so I really need this bag found.

  Dear Rwanda office, have a Dutch pasport but I work for 2 years with NGO VSO in Rwanda. Do you have special offers for residents like me? I would like to fly from Kigali around 13 June and be back or one or 2 weeks earlier and be back in Kigali around juli 16th. Total of 3/4/5 weeks. Many thanks, kind regards Roos
